My son in law who is a gourmet cook loves the Emerilware Nonstick 13" Braiser that we gave him for Christmas.He was so impressed that he bought the 10 piece Emerilware and he is giving up his Calphalon, he says "it doesn't compare with the quality and construction of the Emerilware."( he looked at our new 10 piece Emerilware and bought it for himself).Now that's an endorsement.

This is a great all around pan.Solid construction and definitely non-stick, Great for low or no fat cooking.

I have a complete set of All-Clad LTD that I adore.I bought this pan as an adjunct to it andit is now my favorite pan to use.It is large enough for a whole chicken and is wonderful for stir frying.It is deep enough for sauces and it cleans sooooo easily.I also like the two handles rather than one for lifting.The handles stay surprisingly cool.I would recommend this pan to everyone.

We've had this super all-purpose pan for about a year and highly recommend it. We use it for stir-fry, cooking scrambled eggs for large groups, black beans and rice, etc.
This pan is excellent for dishes that start with browning meats on top of the stove, adding other ingredients and then baking in the oven. This is a GREAT pan, perfect for taking straight to the table. Beware! The handles do get hot and the pan is fairly heavy.
