I have an older Sunbeam but it makes a vertical loaf.I still have it but I only use it on the dough setting now.I use this Oster for dough as well but also bake in it.Like the Sunbeam, even on the light setting it is still too dark - I usually take the bread out 10 minutes early.Hence the 4 star rating.It is still a very nice machine and I like the size and shape of the loaf.
