I give this one only 3 stars. It was alright, but some parts were slow. The battle between Piciilo and #17 was pretty dull, and #16 vs. Cell was ok. The reason I gave it a 3 was the awesome part where #17 was "eaten" by Cell. So, might be worth a buy.

In the video the Z warriors are aready tired out. Cell has become so strong that no one can take him. He is almost perfect Cell. This is last video for the Imperfect Cell Saga. I say it rocks.

After two months of bad releases we finally get a good tape. Don't let The Great Saiya Man tapes fool you. There not as good as they look. Anyway this tape makes the imperfect cell saga end with a bang. I thought it sucked that Android 17 lost to Cell. No point not telling you. The title of the tape pretty much gives it away.
