This sandwich toaster not only makes fancy panini-style grilled sandwiches in minutes, but also batter-based items, such as pancakes or omelets, as well as turnovers or French toast. An indicator light turns on when it's ready to cook, and another indicator lets you know when your meal is ready. Once you've placed a sandwich or other items into the toaster, the cover latches shut to keep batter in place or sandwich edges crimped. Rating:  - Wonderful machine for vacations
I take this machine on vacation with me because I always get a room that has a microwave and fridge.I bring bread, cold cuts, and cheese, and we can have a hot meal at any time.At home, I make scrambled egg triangles and keep them in my fridge for egg burritos during the week.I am a teacher and bring them (I own four) to school to make pizza sandwiches.All you need is a slice of mozerella cheese, jar of pizza sauce, and pepperoni, and pizza in no time.

Works like I hoped it would. Makes great grilled sandwiches. Also great for frying eggs. No need to turn for over easy and chancing breaking the yoke. I like to put a little cheese on top while frying and it does a great job. Also like to grill tomatoes in the other side when doing eggs so I can make my whole breakfast at once.

I bought this to take to college to make grilled cheese, omellettes, and grilled sandwhiches in my dorm room. It does all three better than a toaster oven, however it is very hard to clean! If just a little piece of cheese goes over the edge its very difficult to clean. also, if you don't use cooking spray or butter, stuff sticks sometimes. When cleaning the "non stick" cooking surfaces are difficult as well, they also seem to be coated in butter or spray no matter how many times you wash them. I ... Read More

This product did a fine job until the handle snapped during use. Not sure why.still using it as it works and to lazy to return but should be made more sturdy.
