Rating:  - Waste of money
The extruder shaft pushed right through the plastic extruder disk rendering the entire thing useless the second time that I used it with cookie dough.I'm on the lookout for a more durable model, so can't recommend anything yet - but save your money on this item.
Rating:  - Very Nice product
I like this cookie press much better than the metal one. Its great that you can see inside. The hardware on it works very well and is easy to push the lever in and out. Its easy to clean, especially because its transparent. It makes very nice frosting designs..but you have to be sure that whatever you are using is not too thick,because then it will not work well and jam up.
I would recommend it. But it also helps if you take care of it properly.

I actually used this for the first time last night and was very disappointed.The barrel is very small, as were the cookies.I make a spritz cookie and then ice 2 together with chocolate icing like a sandwich and even the largest disc didn't make the cookies big enough.I ended up getting a disc from an old press, but that didn't work all that great, either!!I bought my daughter one and I am thinking of returning it.

I have tried a few cookie presses and am very glad to say this one actually works with very little frustration!!I have had to return or just trash some presses and was beginning to think it was just me!I highly recommend this one!!!Also easy to clean.
