With this 15-inch-long stainless-steel spatula from Calphalon, you can flip burgers, eggs, pancakes, and grilled cheeses with the élan of a short-order cook. The spatula head is thin and flexible, so it bends--but doesn't give--with the weight of your food, making it easier to get under stubborn cheddar-stuffed turkey burgers or fried eggs. It's also rounded so your tuna melt balances better on the head rather than drooping and possibly slipping off. The long, ergonomic handle rests comfortably in your hand and keeps fingers away from sputtering grease or oil. With a hole in the handle, the spatula comes ready to be hung from an overhead rack. Rating: - Practical and Stylish Spatula
The Calphalon Stainless Steel Large Spatula is a greatkitchen utensil. I love the shape because it fits so well in the Calphalon Commercial hard-anodized pots and pans. The long handle matches those of the cookware so it looks very nice when hanging from its hook on the Calphalon pot rack. Even though Calphalon says the spatula is dishwasher-safe, I still like to wash mine by hand in hot soapy water and dry it with a soft floursack dish towel so that it stays shiny. Highly recommended!
