Rating: - Attractive and functional This is a strong, sturdy and attractive fork for hams, roasts and chicken. Holds the meat still while you can cut it up or to lift from pot.Medal is better, but for nonstick you gotta expect a little difference. Just don't think you are going to pick up that 25 lb turkey with it and you will be okay! And it won't damage your non-stick cookware either.I suggest everyone have it and all the other calphalon utensils as well!
