This is a strong, sturdy and attractive ladle for soups, gumbos and sauces.And it won't damage your non-stick cookware either.I suggest everyone have it and all the other calphalon utensils as well!

I recently purchased this Calphalon Nylon Ladle along with all the other matching cooking utensils from Calphalon. I like the versatility in nylonutensils as I can use them on both my nonstick and stainless steal panswithout worrying about whether they will scratch anything or not. Unlike mycheap plastic utensils that these replaced the Calphalon ones are heatresistant to 400 degrees.
