Rating: - Gets Results I love this tape. The instructor talks when necessary but she's not over talkative and she gives direction at the perfect times so that you can follow along easily.I use the tape every day and still am not bored with it. You will definitely work up a sweat. Results were visibly noticed within 3 weeks of daily workouts.
Rating: - A Keeper Video I did this work out for the first time two years ago, but find myself returning to it time and time again because it's a good work out and it's not especially long.
What I like most is Gin Miller on the monitor giving the instructions while she works out along with everyone else. Sometimes I find the instructors can be distracting. She's not one who likes to stop in the middle of the work out and talk to the viewer.
A good work out for beginners and advanced.
Rating: - Powerful This work out is really good. It's not full of difficult combinations. The experienced stepper will pick them up fairly fast and the beginner shouldn't have too much trouble either. You will definitely work up a sweat.
Rating: - Stepping Right into an Exercise MTV Show If you're tired of cheery non-sweating women smiling and cheering you on through your workout, this is the video for you. Very direct. And none of that "I know you can do it!" stuff. The drummers and the unusualmusic are right out of a music video. It's my favorite step tape and I'vegot many!
Rating: - An excellent workout When I first started this video, it was kind of hard since I was so out of shape and had never done step aerobics, but within a month or so, I was actually enjoying it. It gives a great workout. I love a good sweat andthis one delivers. Gin Miller is terrific and the music makes it easy tofollow. The atmosphere of this video is so much better than most others. Aclassic.
