This book is marketed on the Paid TV Network: CNBC Paid Informercial. The This Book is a GOOF! Author "Dean" looks and acts like he is 16 years old...and I don't think "Dean" is "his" real name.If you listen....he is really a she! Typical Bogus Rags-to-Riches book. do not waste your money.If you a chronic QVC or Shopping Network addict you will probably buy this book.

If you have any knowledge in real estate especially if you are a licensed agent, then I would not recommend buying this book. See if you can check it out in your local library, I wish I had. I am just glad that I purchased it on Amazon.com and not from the T.V. infomercial. 95% of the topics in the book I had knowledge of so I was disappointed with Dean's misrepresentation of even licensed real estate agent's can benefit.

I bought this book back in October of 2007 right after it came out. I quickly realized like everyone that it is a motivational book. It is severly lacking in the mechanics of how to identify foreclosure opportunities and purchase them at a price that turns a profit.
It is one year later and we are in a full on credit crisis and most of the banks have changed their lending rules making it infinitly riskier, and for those who have not done it before, near impossible to get started investing ... Read More
