This product is advertised as a "workbook" and it is a 4 page "assessment". I paid $12.98 for a test! Would be a nice addition to the book/with the book~NOT alone for the price! I returned this item!

For $17.95, I was expecting a real workbook, not a trifold pamphlet.Based on the description, I was looking for a tool to be used by the team.I should have read the reviews instead of the description.I won't make that mistake again.

This assessment should be a required development exercise for all teams.We read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and wanted to implement the concepts in our group, but we were not sure where to start - this was a great tool for triggering dialogue around critical issues!

This is a big disappointment. Great book; however, this is not the book.This is one piece of paper.Worth maybe $2.00, not the price listed.It is a real shame that this book is paired with this product.If you buy this, you will feel like you have had money stolen from you.When I purchased this for my company, I did not read the reviews....shame on me.
