If every American listened to Dave Ramsey and took this stuff to heart, we would not be in the economic mess we are in.This is a great basic book on how to be smart with your money.It's more directed at people with debt problems but is also motivating for those that are already on the right track.If you are struggling financially--buy this book used and then soak up the principles.Another great companion book to this one is "Get Clark Smart" by Clark Howard.
