Everything was organized as all of these books are, regardless of the subject, and that was like talking to a welcome friend. Everything was easy to find as long as I knew the right questions to ask. I also use this software at my work and it was a double help in that.

Microsoft's Outlook is the hands down most popular package in the world for handling e-mail. The overwhelming percentage of peopel using Outlook use it only for handling e-mail.
