5 Stars?Absolutely.Amazing writing, fantastic sequel to 'Twilight?' Completely.
That being said, this is THE most difficult book I have ever made my way through.It created for me an emotional roller coaster--through most of the book I found myself sobbing as I shared in Bella's pain and confliction, and as I wondered what would come next and how all would be resolved.

I first have to say I am not a teen.My niece a teen is a big fan of the books and got me curious.I am also not a fan of vampire and werewolves movies. But this book hooked me and I found it interesting. It was easy reading, discriptive without being scary.The characters hooked me and I kept reading eventually all 4 of the series of books.

As with Twilight, you must be a romantic to appreciate. This book is just so well written. It is the only book I have read in recent memory that made me cry!

After reading Twilight, I had high hopes for New Moon but soon found myself VERY disappointed. Edward leaves Bella in the effort to giver her a normal life. I don't understand why he thought she would live so easily without him. He clearly stated that he didn't want to live without her and she is WAY more obsessed with him than he is of her so why did he assume she would be ok? Alice even told him that she would not be ok!
