I would not order this item again, it is made well, but just did not work with me, and it ran small.I would probably rate it a bit better, except it looked like it was just dropped in the bag with the other one I ordered, and there was no return receipt, or anything that looked like an order receipt; this has since been resolved, but I would hope the company who makes this, is more considerate of their customers in the future.
Rating: - Nice Top
The picture is slightly misleading as the sash does not wind around the ribcage twice. (Probably due to the top shown not fitting the mannequin it's photographed on) It does run a tad small, so buy a size larger. Overall though it's a nice top and I've received quite a few compliments.
Rating: - Good customer service but item not as expected
This top looks a lot better in the picture than in reality. The material is not as soft as it looks. I explained this to their customer service rep and they asked me to return the item (which I had given away as a present so I couldn't return) so they offered to give me a refund on shipping charges, which they did. That made me feel better about this transaction.

I purchased this top with 2 other tops from this co.They were too big so I returned them.I paid the post office $16.00 for the return.That was over a month ago, almost 2 months.I emailed the co. 3x & never got a response.To this day I have not gotten a refund or a response.........STAY AWAY!

I purchased the item for myself.Although I did not like the fabric, the customer service was great.I was contacted by the company and they refunded my money and allowed me to keep the item and give it away.Customer service doesnot get better than this.
