| |  | DVD Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred |  | | | | | | | | | | Rating: - Love it! I started using this DVD about 6 weeks ago to add some variety into my exercise routine. The first time I used the DVD (I tried Work Out 1) I was exhausted, and my legs, tush and stomach were sore for two days after. Jillian's work out found muscles I hadn't been working on my own, which was exactly what I wanted. Now I do two work outs back-to-back four times a week and feel energized after. My muscles are much more toned (not bulky), and I feel much stronger. Because each work out shows different intensities, this is a great work out for a new or seasoned exerciser.
Rating: - She is a Bully..but I love her Jillian is one of the best instructors I have ever come across, of course, once I owned the video, I stopped exercising. But I can promise you this, you WILL lose 20 lbs. in 30 days.I actually lost 28 lbs. so I know when my exercise room is done, I will lose another 10 - 15 lbs. and look cut...that's the best part of the whole thing, you can actually see your muscles becoming defined with this video. I would give it a 10 star if I could.The shipper got the video to me fast & cheap, and that was totally awsome!!!!!
Rating: - NOT SURE wow...I got this DVD yesterday & I barely made it through level 1. I am an avid walker & have lost a lot of weight but this dvd was KILLER. I could hardly move when I woke up this morning. I know I have to wait about 3 days before I attempt it again. I know it will work but its real tough.
Rating: - I hate this... in a good way Well I consider myself in ok shape but need to lose about 10 lbs.I workout alot so I would say intemediate level... I have been doing Tae-Bo, Turbo Jam, and jogging/walking but needed something more challenging.I finally ordered this DVD and tried out the first level.Thought it was pretty easy so I decided to try the 2nd level too.By the end of it, I was almost in tears, I could barely get through it.It's intense.Jillian works you hard and does not give you any breaks. She does a "3-2-1" system, which is 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, and 1 minute of abs (I think - might have it mixed up), and did moves I've never seen before.I can't wait until the 3rd level is easy for me.I'm still doing the 2nd level, and even though Jillian recommends doing it every day, I plan on doing it every other day, mixing it with walking or jogging in between to give my muscles a rest.We'll see.. hopefully I will be 'shredded' in 30 days!
Rating: - 30 day shred! This is a great DVD you will see results fast! But it's hard! If you can't do any jumping than maybe this is not the right one for you (I kind of wish I would of known that) but I just do other things to keep my heart rate up when she is doing jumping jack etc. Good value 3 work out on my DVD.
