I tried to save and get this instead of the Margaritaville.Bad choice.It worked fine twice and then the motor jammed up and would not shave ice.Only three times!I soon after bought the Margaritaville anyway and so far it has been much better.Smoother shaved ice and hopefully will last longer.

I bought this for my son who wanted a Margaritaville machine.When I saw this, and the cost was so much less, I thought I'd have one sent to him.There was no shipping costs for me.He lives in Florida and he and his friends love Margaritas.He has said they have had many parties and makes Margaritas all night long and it still is going strong.He says he uses it for other drinks, too.He keeps it out on his kitchen counter since they use it everyday.

I purchased this instead of the comparable Margaritaville blender trying to save a dollar or two. It worked once. On the second try, the rotator to shave the ice stuck and will no longer move. I understand things happen and contacted the manufacturer for available repair options. They did not return my email. I do not advise anyone purchase this, not only does it not work, but the manufacturer is obviously not interested in customer service. Spend more and get one that works instead.

This machine is FABULOUS! Well worth the money.I think I looked at every drink maker on amazon at least 4 times before deciding on this.I have used it almost every day since it arrived and can't wait till summer to use it while entertaining.Unlike blenders,the ice is shaved from the top and so it is a much smoother drink with no chunks of ice or ice clogging the blender blades.Simply pour ice (or frozen juice cubes) into the top,add your mix and/or fruit to the blender and in moments you have a perfect frozen drink.Cleanup is a breeze.If you use frozen juice instead of ice,simply rinse with warm water.No more having to spend $5.00 for a smoothie every day anymore.

GREAT DRINK MAKER! BLENDS DRINKS PERFECTLY BECAUSE THE ICE IS SHAVE INSTEAD OF CHOPPED! ONLY 4 STARS BECAUSE ICE BLADE COMES LOSE SO YOU HAVE TO TIGHT IT BY HAND!
