I got exactly what I wanted -- a simple way to take video and quickly upload it to my computer.I was surprised and delighted to see how easy it is to take video from the TV, and play it back through the TV.The quality is good -- much of the time I don't need high res video.And the price was right, coming in under $175 for both the recorder and 8 GB of Transcend memory.

Works great, bought three of these to use with my Xacti Hd1000.Great value, plenty fast for shooting 720p / 1080ivideo.Can get three or four of these on amazon for the same price as just one "brand name" card at the big stores.

I honestly couldn't believe that they had this big of a card for such a low price! Great speed, great performance. Works flawlessly with my Canon Powershot SD750

i ordered 2 of these for my hd camcorder , first i formated the card with my camcorder then within maybe 3 or 4 min of footage it said memory full. so i took it out and put it back in and tried once more this time my camcorder hangs up within a few min wont even shut off i have to take the battery out . in disbeleif i tried maybe 15 times all with the same result. so i thought maybe it was just this particular card. i tried the other one and the same problem happened again with my camcorder hanging up and i have to take the battery out. now you may ask well it's something to do with my camcorder , well i know it's not i have a class 4 sandisk sd card 2gb and it works in the camera flawlessly and i know my equipment will support up to 8gb sdhc. so my conclusion is maybe it will be ok on my digital camera i don't know. but i beleive it's going to work for some people and not for others. i'm dissapointed seemed like a good deal. maybe like i said it will work in my digital camera but i originally wanted this for my camcorder, so i'm upset. next time sandisk!

I have two of these for my Canon XSI DSLR. They hold a ton of pictures and they have no problem with copying the data over then reformatting them over again and again.
