Rating: - A little irritating, BUT... She's a little too chipper for those of us that are not the "glowing" pregnant, but instead the pukey, grumpy pregnant!That being said the exercises are totally workable for pregnancy.Her cuing on left/right could be a little clearer, but the exercises do provide for a range of abilities...you can add weights or increase/decrease the intensity as needed for your particular level.Some of the aerobic sequences can be a little repetitive, but it is nice and contained time wise which is great.I only have the energy for 20 minutes or so at a time anyway!Overall not a bad buy!
Rating: - Good video for pregnancy This is an easy to follow and flexible workout that can be adapted for all stages of pregnancy. There are special segments for 2nd and 3rd trimester moms-to-be as well.

This is a great low impact workout for expecting mothers early on who haven't been as active as they should have been.This would be a great workout for any expecting mother later in her pregnancy.Denise makes me feel great and beautiful.
Rating: - Good workout in a short time This is my first pregnancy. Before I was pregnant, I worked out moderately, a couple of times a week. I stopped working out during my first trimester because of morning sickness. Once I sprung back in the second trimester, I ordered this DVD to work out to. This DVD is excellent for anyone who is in less than perfect shape. I found it challenging in some areas, and I really feel better afterwards. Please keep in mind that you will need two pillows, 2 five pound weights and a chair. I hope that you will enjoy it as much as I do! Your back muscles will thank you!
