Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love this product
We love this phone. We purchased one for our home and liked it so much we purchased another for our vacation home.I has all the features needed. The speaker is excellent. No static. The person on the other end doesn't know he is on a speaker.Handset also has a speaker.Very useful.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Great phone BUT.....
Anybody else having problems with the redial? If somebody calls and you just miss the call, and you want to hit redial straight from the caller id info, it doesn't include the 1 first before the area code and you have to manually dial it every time. I tried to find a setting in settings but I can't seem to find it. Anybody have any suggestions on this? Other than that major issue, this phone rocks! It even tells you the line is in use if somebody is on another phone in the house so you don't pick up in the middle of their conversation.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Highly Recommended!
Bought this several years ago when my old one died. I thoroughly enjoy the features it has, more so than the newer ones. It's a breeze to get an extra hand set, or more, and registers an expandable handset within seconds.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - At&t phone
I owned this phone barely over a year and the problems started. The batteries are shot. They can't hold a charge, my previous phone was a vtech and the batteries lasted over 3 years before I noticed diminished use.The speaker button no longer works on one handset (the call is disconnected when the button is utilized.) One handset won't work at all. So I have $260 investment that is practically useless. Very dissappointed, I should have bought a cheaper brand. The intercom functionality is horrible, you have to scroll through the menu to access it. Each handset has it's own address book (my old vtech had a central address book.) Think twice before buying this expensive unit.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Looking for a new phone...
We have had this phone for quite a while now. Unfortunately we have had to replace the handsets several times. The handsets are always searching for the base and stop working in the middle of calls. The battery life never lasts either. We love the color displays and the features this phone has but for us it has not been worth the hassle of replacing the handsets as much as we have had to. We are now searching for a new phone to replace this one.
