I BOUGHT THIS ATTRACTIVE, SONY (THINKING QUALITY) BOOM BOX TO PLAY CD MUSIC DURING THE CLASSES I TEACH IN WATER AEROBICS.
THE FIRST TIME I USED IT, IT WOULD JUMP AROUND ON THE CD.
THE SECOND TIME I USED IT, IT JUST STOPPED PLAYING. ONE OF THE CLASS PARTICIPANTS SAID SHE ALSO FOUND THIS PRODUCT TO BE INFERIOR AND HAD GIVEN IT TO HER GRANDCHILDREN TO PLAY WITH.
I AM RETURNING MINE FOR THE LARGER, UGLIER SONY BOOM BOXES. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME THIS PURCHASE WAS!

I am very happy with the performance of this radio/CD/Casette player. I have a more expensive one and it is horrible on reception where as this radio gives really good reception most of the time without even pulling the antenna up. It is light and I am very happy with it all around

This is a very good CD-TAPE-RADIO player, I`m amazed about quality a price. S&H was $13,-, but what the heck:-))) I`ll buy another one for sure, the sound is very good!

I bought the refurbished one because I could not afford a new one. I just got it and it works great!I hope it continues to do so.I know some people had problems with theirs.I like the same 90 day Warranty as a new one.

If you are intereted in no bass whatsoever, this is the unit for you.
Normally, you could trust the Sony Engineers for allowing nothing but quality out the door, but this must have snuck through...
