I've used these great cutting sheets for years and LOVE them!!They're great cutting boards that take very little space to store...Easy to clean, I love them even more for use in the freezer.I make my own sausage and put out the patties on these sheets to quick freeze.They bend readily to sueeze onto narrow shelves.What did I ever do before I discovered them?!!
Rating: - Excellent Cutting Boards
These are one of my new kitchen favorites!I adore the ease being able to chop the food and bend the board to dump the food into pot or where ever else.The multi colors make it nice to keep chicken, meat, fruit, etc apart.

Before purchasing this product I read a review that said these cutting boards were not flexible enough.They are just as flexible as other brands and they lie flat on the counter.I store them standing on the side of a cabinet and they take no room at all. The different colors are great too when cutting differert kinds of foods.Excellent product.
Rating:  - Unsuitable to the task
These 'flexible' cutting boards are stiff [almost unbendable, so where's the flexible in that?], fairly small and at the bottom of my drawer to be dragged out when everything else is in the sink. Don't like'em really. Yes, they are sturdy. They might last forever, but why would you want them to? Unsuitable to any task.

I remember seeing these cutting boards a while ago in an expensive kitchen catalogue.I am now in my summer quarters with limited kitchen storage and needed new cutting boards.I went to Amazon and put in the description.Success!!Just what I wanted, easy to clean and storage is less that 1/2".With my Amazon Prime I had free shipping also.
