The Fagor "made in China" canning rack rusted the second time I used it and left a rust stain in the bottom of my Fagor Canner.While, I did get the stain out, it looks like the rack is of very poor quality and I do not recommend it.

I was impressed by the quality of this kit!The pieces are sturdy and easy to use.

Just getting started so bought this same time we bought pressure cooker.Didn't need anything fancy.Not sure how much or how long we will do canning.This fit the bill perfectly.

A good selection of canning supplies are included in this kit.Included is a manual for canning specific fruits and vegetables howeverthe directions are specific to a pressure canner that measures the pressure settings as low, medium, or high instead of the specific amount of pressure required.
