This is so much better than other silicone mats I've tried. Doesn't get a buildup of grease and doesn't retain the flavor from a previously baked item (i.e. peanut butter cookie flavored biscuits). No sticking whatsoever, even when hot from the oven.

This product works great.Nothing sticks.Cleanup is easy after a soak in soapy water.Make sure to buy a large enough pan to rest it in flat.A product I bought by Chicago Metallic works perfectly.

This is replacement silpats, had the other two 3 years. love them. I bake at least 4 times a week. for different clubs . could not live without them.

I love to bake and I spotted these things while I was wandering around on Amazon. I bake a lot of cookies and make a lot of bread and biscuits. I know I have saved a lot of money on parchment paper. I never did like to put more grease or butter on what I was cooking and this mat has helped me more than anything that I have ever bought on Amazon. I highly reccomend that every one should have one. I have bought 3 and I think I will give some of them for Christmas gifts. All I say is try them. You will be amazed.

I've tried the SiliconZone as well as KitchenAid's silicone mat, and neither compare to SilPat.I don't even use this on a baking sheet, just throw it right onto the oven shelves; it's stiff enough to manage, and cuts down on my clean-up, (which by the way, the dishwasher does nicely).It's completely non-stick, I've never had an issue.Cookies, croissants, it all comes out perfect with this mat.
