I bought this from Amazon over a year ago, use it several times every day, and it's still going strong. A well made product at a good price.
Rating: - What we needed
This arrived a day before it was scheduled so we were pleased to begin with. We had another B&D single cup coffee maker for years, slightly larger version, and gave it to my father in law because he had a below the knee amputation and can't get up the stairs to the kitchen. He needed something small that would fit in the space in which he now lives (until a prosthesis lets him negotiate stairs better). This smaller version doesn't take up much space, has it's own filter so we don't have to go buy them, is easy to clean up and makes good single cup coffee quickly. The only down side, same as with the one we had preciously, is that if you put too much coffee in the filter it will boil out of the filter into the boiler and sometimes onto the counter. Makes a mess! I still give it 5 stars because it's inexpensive, reliable, and does everything we intended. When I need stronger coffee I use another cheap, small machine that makes espresso.

Bought this because my wife works grave yard and she likes a cup of coffee to drink while she gets ready. and this little maker works great and also works fast she just loves it!!

I don't why I bought it. In Wal-mart you will find cheaper and better products.
Rating:  - JUNK design
While sounding like a good idea, terrible engineering skills were applied. A cup here means a TINY cup. What's the point if I can't even use a coffee mug? The area to pour the water in is also narrow, and you wind up splashing some into the coffee container that is right next to it all the time. To top it off, apparently the thing doesn't seal well and the coffee grounds wind up bubbling into the water container so that the latter is always dirty. BAD.
