Have used pressure cookers for years and this is one of the best. All parts easily washed, even cooking, very heavy stainless steel construction. 2.5 is small but perfect for 2-4 people and largeenough for vegtables. I recommend this to NEW pressure cooker users as it is much less intimadating than many others.
