This works great!It is easy to clean and heats up quickly.I think it was a great purchase for a good price!

If you know how these sandwich grills work then you'll definitely love it. If you never had one then you may be disappointed a little.I loved mine and the only reason why i gave it 4 stars is because after few months of use the plastic handle broke off. O well you can't get much for price like this.

This product did a fine job until the handle snapped during use. Not sure why.still using it as it works and to lazy to return but should be made more sturdy.

I gave it as a birthday gift to my friend and he says that this is one of the best and the most useful things that I have given him ever.He uses it everyday and says that he hasn't faced any problems.
Rating: - Handles broke after only 2 weeks of use.
It makes great sandwiches, unfortunately handles can not take much force which you have to apply if you want to put more than one slice of cheese in your sandwich. I would stay clear of this product.
