| | | VHS Rebecca | | | | | | | | | | | Rating: - Beautiful classic Rebecca Love this classic black and white! Would definitely recommend it for late night viewing..
Rating: - Old Movies You know, you cannot compare older movies to today's movies. There was more substance. I have always like this movie about Rebecca. There are very few movies by Alfred Hitchcock that I do not like.
Rating: - Rebecca I have seen this movie a hundred times, and every time it's like the first time. This is one of my favorite Alfred Hitchcock movie.Picture was clear sound was great, excellent quality.
Rating: - hitchcock at his best!! Great movie adaptation of Daphne du Maurier novel, funny at times, but tragic and surreal. This is the kind of movie Hollywood forgot how to make a long time ago, where you can just get caught up in a mesmerizing story.I can't think of another story where an unseen character plays a more important role.
Rating: - "I'm Rebecca's favourite cousin..." Girl with no name fights name with no face for the love of her handsome haunted husband. And suave George Sanders does his Shere Kahn best when intimidating Olivier with a chicken drumstick. Oscar for Best Picture 1940; Joan Fontaine stars, Daphne Du Mourier writes, Selznick produces, and Hitchcock directs. What else are you waiting for? Directions? Written orders?
